Today is the 70th Anniversary of the April 15 federal income tax filing deadline. Today is also the 45th anniversary of the first time I felt betrayed by the IRS.
Today's $3,000 payment to California brings my 2024 state taxes to $10,000. Some of that money will be given to known criminals who documented themselves with the government. A few years ago, $30 billion tax dollars went to a bunch of unknown criminals, and the woman responsible for the disaster got promoted by Joe Biden.
Even so, I pay my taxes in good faith every year, and I have absolutely no sympathy for criminal immigrants who fear their "good faith" could be abused by the government.
After all, if you want a government that ignores justified citizen anger about illegal immigration, you're not really surprised when that government "betrays" illegal immigrants … are you? (If you are, then you're a halfwitted moron.)
But it is Tax Day, and so CNN took the opportunity to spread lies and fear: "Undocumented immigrants who've been paying taxes in the US are facing an unsettling possibility: This year, that may be used against them."
It is impossible to pay your taxes in good faith and remain undocumented, but our "free press" continues telling the lie. Everyone who uses the term knows it's a lie, but the lie remains useful so the liars just keep using it.
First, the criminals who feel betrayed broke the law to get here. Then they broke other laws to gain employment, received documents from a government complicit in the fraud, and collected benefits paid for by the people the government is defrauding. As CNN noted, if these "undocumented" folk ever find themselves in immigration court, they bring "stacks of tax documents" with them.
Yes, it's true: the undocumented have stacks of government tax documents. They also have driver's licenses, library cards, food stamps, school ID's, and Disneyland passes. Some even have cancelled social security numbers.
None of them have ever voted because that would be illegal, but they do feel betrayed. As CNN said, "For decades undocumented immigrants were told if they came forward, registered with the IRS and paid their taxes, their private information would stay secret."
Those of us who are not criminals have finally had enough of government fraud, betrayal, and secrecy, thank you very much. If nothing else, it's high time for the liars and the generational crime families to join us in feeling betrayed.
So again, I have zero sympathy for the criminals or the liars who — knowing full well that honest taxpayers have been defrauded for decades by their crimes and lies — now fear that the government will use their "honesty" against them.
Seriously. This is an actual quote from Adriana Rivera of the Florida Immigrant Coalition: "It's scary to think that you are going to be hunted through a method that you have used for years in order to give back to your communities. And it also begs the question, 'Why would they be using this tactic, which is based on my honesty…against me?'"
The IRS has never "hunted" anyone down for failing to "give back to your communities." The tax man would never use my honesty against me! That's scary!
Of course that's a lie told by the same liars who have a) used billions of tax dollars to destroy our faith in America itself, and b) told us that we are the criminals who are destroying democracy.
And those are the same liars who denounce the "big lie" by a "fascist dictator" who wants to a) stop 20 million foreign criminals from defrauding American citizens, and b) stop the American government from stealing from its own people.
So when the liars say "our clients are freaking out" remember that their clients are criminals. When they say there is a "tremendous chilling effect on foreign nationals" remember that they've been lying to us for 50 years and they're lying to us now.
We The People have been betrayed, and it's high time for the IRS to pay us the reparations it owes. So, for everyone who is here legally and pays your taxes in good faith: grab some popcorn, watch The Great Betrayal unfold, and know that your conscience is clear.
Happy Tax Day!
I find it much easier to cope with the left by assuming everything they say is a lie. That assumption will occasionally be wrong, but that will be a rare occasion.
Thank you Steven-very well said.
